Happy New Year! We are kicking off 2020 with big news: we are rebranding, and our new company name is Empowering Scholars.
We believe this new name more accurately represents our services and our mission to empower our scholars and their families.
In the last couple of years, we have seen substantial growth in both our tutoring staff and our client list. We have developed systems and best-practices to support students based on their individual needs, and we have been able to add more comprehensive support services, including K-12+ tutoring, math and Orton-Gillingham instruction, and ADHD and mindset coaching. In our work to expand the services we offer, we have held our mission and goals at the forefront. Our most important goal is to empower students through the work of building an essential skills toolbox that addresses reading, writing, math, executive functioning, and study strategies; we strive to equip scholars with this toolbox so that they can become successful, independent learners. With this mission in mind, and with the expansion of the services we provide, we decided a change in our company name would better reflect who we are and what we offer.
